adb devices DO see my phone however eclipse Android Device Chooser does NOT -

i'm working on windows, sdk. device sony ericsson xperia mini pro (sk17i). have plugged in, usb debugging connected, etc. i've tried restarting phone pc, , many other solutions, none of them worked me.

as in topic adb devices display device. in eclipse logcat can see new entries when sth on device. when run project, list of devices in android device chooser empty.

any ideas?
