How to patch .NET dll to the GAC using InstallShield QuickPatch? -

i'm trying patch .net dll file using quick patch project of installshield. dll needs registered com interoperation.

when patch file, dll seems replaced correctly in gac, when seek access application error indicating application cannot connect dll.

i think not beingness registered com interop, i'm not sure it.

any thought of should create work?

you have run regasm(it's in .net framework directory) right params register com interop. dll file built com visible options selected. been long time since dealt nightmare though, can't remember details.
