ruby - Error when installing gems Windows 8 -



ruby - Error when installing gems Windows 8 -

i'm having next error after installing ruby on windows 8, i've uninstalled several times, fired commands gem cleanup, removed .gem folder, ruby folder, environment variables, btut nil seems work.
