doctrine2 - Symfony2 app not works after cache clear -

i'm deploying symfony2 app in centos server cpanel.

first time execute app runs well, problem comes when cache clear, app not works more, , set error.

class "propa\pagebundle\entity\page" not valid entity or mapped super class.

to come in in site: http://propa.estudi83.com/app_dev.php/es/empresa/

what can ?

update: resolved problem eaccelerator, i'm uninstalled eaccelerator , installed apc , works fine!!

it may cache optimizer issue. if using eaccelerator, have problems, doctrine. reason eaccelerator removes annotations code! can seek apc performs doctrine.
