metawatch has inbuilt microphone , speaker , implements hfp , pbap.if smart watch has in built microphone , speaker , if implements hfp,calls can accepted watch,but pebble not have in built microphone , speaker. still pebble able take phone call , route headset. pebble supports hfp,map,avrcp , spp on ios , mfi.how can same implemented in app?

you can write own application intercept incoming phone call events , using own communication mechanism (over bluetooth) communicate info device (i.e. watch) can pass incoming phone call indication watch, accepting phone call more involved need have ability intercept ongoing bluetooth profile connection, android has bluetoothheadset class provides capability, ios there no straight forway way (but possible)
