migration - Websphere CE (Community Edition) fails to load properties from file to InitialContext -

my web app works on tomcat server, porting websphere ce,

app reads properties file & load intialcontext, if run app using

tomcat >> initialcontext ic has env variable , properties loaded in env

but in

websphere ce >> initialcontext ic has env variable , env empty

and app failing?

just add together in both cases (running on tomcat or websphere ce), initialcontext has variable myprop has properties file... means properties file read ..

i have properties file in classes dir , phone call service 3rd party jar file, using debugger & decompiler found above difference, stuck here?

can please share tips/suggestions in case?

fixed issue adding jboss jars (used njdi) in endorsed directory of was-ce.

but facing sockettimeout while getting remote object.

how/where can set sockettimeout property of was-ce ?
