Visual Studio Ultimate can't add table in design view -

having right nightmare creating tables in vs 2012 , cant seem resolve this. loaded visual studio 2012 ultimate yesterday, didn't manual configuring allow install. couple of days later tried add together table in solution in design view right clicking tables icon in server explorer, , error seen in image below appeared, thought might problem solution created another, , another,but still had same problem.

could tell me if this known issue in vs 2012 ultimate, or if there i'm missing here, there prepare or workaround. i'm @ wits end , thinking of getting refund microsoft
