internet explorer show address bar, isn't possible remove on popup. browsers hide address bar location=no flag, ie doesn't.

popups should avoided anyway, many visitors have popup blocking software or browser block it. improve consider <div> overlay on page code manually, or utilize ready made plugin such jquery ui dialog or lightbox.
